How to organize a PDF in 3 steps

  1. 1

Select one or more PDFs. All their pages appear as thumbnails in one grid.

  2. 2

Drag pages to move them, and use the buttons on each page to rotate it, delete it or insert a blank page after it.

  3. 3

Press “Process” and download the reorganized PDF.

Your files never leave your device

This tool runs entirely inside your browser. The file is never uploaded to any server: it is read, processed and downloaded on your own device. When you close or reload the page, it is gone from memory.

Everything on one screen

Organize PDF is the tool for fixing a messy document in one pass. Scanned papers often come out in the wrong order, with one page upside down and an empty sheet in the middle. Instead of running three different tools, you see every page as a thumbnail and fix it all here.

Drag a page to its new spot. Rotate a page that was scanned sideways. Delete a page you don’t need. Insert a blank A4 page after any page. When the grid looks right, press “Process” and you get a single, clean PDF.

Mix pages from several PDFs

You can add more than one PDF. The pages of each new file are added at the end of the grid, and from there you can drag them anywhere. That lets you build one document from several sources, for example slipping a signed page from one file into the right spot in another.

It’s a good fit for application packets. Put the cover letter first, then the resume, then the certificates, with the ID copy at the back, even when those pages came from different scans. For a simple start-to-finish join without moving single pages, “Merge PDF” is quicker.

Blank pages and printing

A blank page is useful for double-sided printing. If a chapter should start on a right-hand page, a blank page before it keeps the layout correct. Blank pages also help separate sections in a bound report or leave room for handwritten notes.

Deleted pages aren’t gone right away. They stay marked in the grid, and you can restore them with a tap as long as you haven’t pressed “Process” yet. That makes it easy to change your mind while you work.

Private and without quality loss

Thumbnails and the final PDF are generated in your browser. Your files aren’t uploaded, they never leave your device and nothing is stored. Rotating a page only changes how it’s displayed, so the content isn’t redrawn or recompressed.

If one of the PDFs has a password, remove it first with “Unlock PDF”. For very long documents, a computer is more comfortable than a phone, since you’ll see more thumbnails at once.

A quick way to work

Start by deleting pages you know you don’t need, so the grid is shorter. Then fix orientation with the rotate button on each sideways page. Move pages last, when you can see the real document taking shape. Add blank pages at the very end, once the order is final.

If the finished PDF is too big to email, open “Compress PDF” from the panel that appears after downloading. If you want page numbers on the new order, “Page numbers” is one tap away as well.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Add another PDF and its pages go to the end of the grid. Then drag them wherever you want.

What size is the blank page?

The inserted blank page is A4 size. It’s added right after the page where you press the button.

Can I bring back a page I deleted?

Yes, as long as you haven’t processed yet. The page stays marked and you restore it with one tap.

Is my document uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser, and your files never leave your device.

Does rotating a page reduce quality?

No. Rotation only changes how the page is shown. The content itself isn’t touched.

Is the original file changed?

No. You download a new PDF, and the original stays as it was.

Can I use it on a phone?

Yes. Drag the thumbnails with your finger. For documents with many pages, a larger screen is easier.
