The service
ConvertirDocs offers free tools to work with PDF files and images. No sign-up is needed. By using the site you accept these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age set by the law of your country, to use ConvertirDocs.
Your documents
You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them. Don’t use ConvertirDocs for illegal activities or to infringe other people’s rights, such as copyright or privacy.
Files are processed on your device and we never receive them, so we can’t recover a lost file or a result you didn’t download.
Signatures
Sign PDF adds a simple electronic signature to your document: an image of your signature (drawn, typed or uploaded) placed on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Whether that signature is valid for a procedure or a contract depends on whoever receives the document and the rules that apply. If in doubt, ask that person or institution first.
Intellectual property
The design, texts, original code and the ConvertirDocs brand belong to FenixFlow AI and may not be copied or reused without permission. The open-source components the site uses are governed by their own licenses.
Your files remain yours. Using ConvertirDocs gives us no rights over them or over the results you download.
Links to other sites
Some pages, such as the guides to official procedures, link to third-party sites, for example government portals. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or changes. Always check the current requirements on the official site.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working well, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or that results will be perfect with every document. Check the final file before submitting it to an official procedure or using it for anything important, and keep your original.
We may change, add or remove tools, and suspend or shut down the service at any time without prior notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConvertirDocs is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the site, including data loss.
Fair use
Don’t try to overload, attack or scrape the site in an automated way. We may limit access for anyone who does.

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with the date above.
