Summary
ConvertirDocs doesn’t ask you for an account, doesn’t store your documents and doesn’t know which files you process. Every tool available today runs inside your browser: the file is read, processed and downloaded on your own device, without being sent to any server.
Who is responsible

Your files
The files you choose never leave your device. We don’t receive them, see them or keep copies, file names or their content.
While you use a tool, the file lives only in the tab’s memory. When it finishes, to open the “Your file is ready” page, the result is stored for a moment in your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB), without leaving your device, and is deleted as soon as that page opens; if it never opens, it is deleted after 10 minutes. If you’re offline or your browser doesn’t allow that storage, the result is shown on the tool’s own page, without being stored. When you close or reload the page, it is gone.
If a tool ever needs our server (for example, to convert Word to PDF), its page will say so clearly. In that case the file will be processed in memory and deleted as soon as the result is delivered, never stored. We will update this policy before enabling such tools.
The camera
The Scan to PDF tool asks for permission to use your camera. The image is processed on your device to build the PDF: we don’t record it or send it anywhere.
You can deny permission and pick photos from your gallery instead. You can also revoke it at any time in your browser settings.
Technical visit data
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect them from abuse, such as IP address and browser type. Cloudflare acts under its own privacy policy.
To know how many people visit each page we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify people. We only see aggregate numbers, such as visits per page or per country.
We do not use Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
Cookies and storage
We set no first-party cookies. Your browser only caches the site’s own code so it loads faster and, for a moment, a tool’s result in local storage (IndexedDB), deleted when the download page opens or after 10 minutes; none of it leaves your device. Google’s ads may use cookies: see the cookie policy for details.
Advertising
ConvertirDocs is funded by Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to show ads and measure their performance, as described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you’ll see a Google consent message to accept or reject those cookies. Ads never have access to your files.
Your rights
We have no accounts and don’t store your files. If you write to us at fenixraes@gmail.com, we use your address and message only to reply, and you can ask us to delete them.
Technical visit data, such as your IP address, is processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. Its servers may be outside your country, for example in the United States.
You can exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion by writing to fenixraes@gmail.com. If you feel we didn’t handle your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in Spain or the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in Brazil.
Children
ConvertirDocs is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age set by the law of your country) and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the date above.
