How to make a printable calendar in 3 steps

  1. 1

Choose the year, from 2026 to 2030, and the layout: the whole year on one page, or one page per month.

  2. 2

Pick whether weeks start on Sunday or Monday, the paper (Letter or A4), the calendar language and, if you want, the country whose holidays to mark.

  3. 3

Download the PDF and print it at home, at the office or at a print shop.

Your files never leave your device

This tool runs entirely inside your browser. The file is never uploaded to any server: it is read, processed and downloaded on your own device. When you close or reload the page, it is gone from memory.

Yearly or monthly

The yearly view puts all twelve months on a single page. It is the one to pin on a wall or a fridge, keep in a binder, or use to plan vacations, school terms, project deadlines and paydays at a glance.

The monthly view gives each month its own page with large day boxes and room to write. Print the twelve pages and staple them for a simple wall calendar, or print only the months you need for a family schedule, a shift rotation, a meal plan, a content calendar, a class timetable or a training plan.

Sunday or Monday, Letter or A4

In the United States most calendars start the week on Sunday, while in the UK, Europe and much of the world the week starts on Monday. Choose whichever you are used to. The paper can be Letter, the standard size in the US and Canada, or A4, used in the UK, India and most other countries.

The calendar itself can be in English, Spanish or Portuguese: month and weekday names change with the language you pick, which is useful for bilingual classrooms, families or offices.

National holidays, and their limits

For 2026 and 2027 you can mark the national holidays of the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Spain and Brazil. The holidays are highlighted on the calendar and listed under it. For the United States they are the federal holidays as observed by the federal government, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, so a holiday that falls on a weekend appears on its observed weekday.

The lists were checked against official sources in October 2026. Holidays can change by law or decree, and state, regional and local holidays are not included, so check with your employer, school or local government for days off that apply only where you live. For the years 2028 to 2030 the calendar comes without holidays.

Free, private and ready to print

The PDF is created in your browser, with no account, no email and no watermark. Nothing you choose is sent anywhere. Print it at 100% for clean margins, on plain paper or on heavier card stock for a calendar that lasts the whole year.

If you want to join several calendars or add pages, “Merge PDF” combines them into one file. For next year's calendar directly, there is also a page that starts on 2027.
