Printable paper makes seven kinds of sheets: lined paper with 6 to 10 mm spacing and an optional red margin; graph paper with 4 to 10 mm squares; millimeter paper with 1 mm squares and bolder lines every 5 and 10 mm; dot paper for bullet journals and sketches; isometric paper for 3D drawings; staff paper for music; and double-line calligraphy paper for handwriting practice. You choose Letter, A4 or Legal, gray, blue or black lines, an optional line for name and date, and from 1 to 10 pages. Printable calendar creates a yearly calendar on one page or a monthly calendar with one page per month, for the years 2026 to 2030, on Letter or A4, starting the week on Sunday or Monday, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. For 2026 and 2027 it can mark the national holidays of the United States and several other countries; state and local holidays are not included. There is also a page that starts directly on the 2027 calendar.
Print poster turns one image into a large poster made of several sheets. You choose a width of 2 to 8 pages on Letter or A4, an overlap of 0 to 15 mm for gluing, and optional cut guides and page numbers; the tool picks the sheet orientation that uses fewer pages, shows the final size and builds a PDF at 200 DPI. It suits science fair posters, classroom walls, school murals and party banners. Use a high-resolution image, because a small photo looks blurry when printed big.
Teachers can print class sets of worksheets and practice paper with a name line, parents can print handwriting or math paper the night before homework is due, musicians can print manuscript paper for lessons, and families or offices can print a wall calendar, a shift plan or a school-year schedule. Students in labs use millimeter paper to plot results by hand.
One rule matters for all printables: print at 100% scale, or "actual size", and turn off "fit to page". Otherwise the printer shrinks the page and the measurements, such as a 5 mm grid or the calendar margins, no longer match.
